Is it worth the upgrade and the investment required...?

IMO it's worth it, in fact that's why I'm upgrading.
My main reasons are:
- Fantastic 5.5" screen at 720p, No Pentile
- S-Pen. I love the idea.
- Quad Core CPU. Moreover 2 GB RAM, which is a HUGE upgrade over SII and will come very handy in real life usage.
- A LED notification.
- Wolfson audio chip. Time to ditch crappy Yamaha of SII.
- Pre-installed with Jelly Bean. I don't give a damn if SII gets the JB upgrade or not but factory ROM always are optimized way better than anything.
- 3100 mAh battery. Which is giving almost double screen on time than SII according to XDA users.

Only negative will be it's materials, I mean Plastic, damn. It'll definitely feel cheaper than SII!

Anyway, I believe these are enough reasons to upgrade.

Saurav.

It depends upto you. If you are going to make the most of the additional features, yes do upgrade.
