I had the same criteria, bought the LG Optimus G Pro for 27k, immensely happy with it for the past couple of months
You could also consider the Note 2.
The only 5.5 inch+ Windows phone is the Lumia 1320- doesnt have the hardware you want. That is only available in the 41k Lumia 1520

Xperia ZR has good battery life but as you want a phablet Note 2 may be better for you

Checkout Nexus 5 if you can bare with 15+ hrs of battery backup

Don't get N5............ Battery life not upto the mark..... Note 2 is a better multimedia device

LG GPro will be the best choice in this segment.

Can you define "upto the mark" here when i already said it gives 15+ hrs (close to 18 hrs on an average)??

LG G pro is a good one... N5 is also there... Whose camera is better? Not in terms of MP but in terms of quality...??

N5, as it has OIS.

N5 has OIS but image quality is above average while G Pro has a better sensor and a better camera which is Note II level ;)

It varies person 2 person............. I get 24 hrs on average from my N4

Screen on time matters, which is not at par with competition at that price point for N5.....
N5 is surely a great performer for the price, but not a multimedia device, which most of the people prefer

I personally would get ZR instead of N5...or S4 is even better for me(i dont like phablets)

As OP has no problem with phablets, G Pro is a great choice
