Some audio purchases for my ipod

hey

looking for some suggestions regarding the following devices as add on to my ipod touch.

1. a good sound dock for around 15k or less

2. good earphones (not the ear plugs which go right into the ear, something similar to the earphones which come with the ipod by default) for around 2k

thanks in advance
