1) Is there any possible way to use this router to share files from one computer to
i) Another computer
ii) A WiFi enabled Mobille Device (for video streaming purposes)?

2) I am using BSNL Internet connection , Is there anything Like Local LAN network among BSNL customers to enable high speed torrent seeding among them?? IF yes how to enable it in this Router????

3) How to Block some Specific Website From the Router??

4) Lastly what all features does this Router plus modem support???

Please If someone can answer with tutorials it will be helpful .........

1.see the pdf manual,it is there under usb sharing.
2.no & never will be.peer sharing only works with cable broadband.
3.again see the pdf manual,it is there under parental control.
4.you can see manual(i know it is getting repetitive but pdf manual is one of the most underrated support option :) ).main features of w8968 which sets it apart are EWAN port(similar to WAN port on routers) making it easy to configure & use with cable broadband & 3g usb modem support.

lan sharing is simply windows/os function.all devices connected to a router/modem are on lan & you just have to use your os(usually windows) to share files.

I don't know about your other questions, but streaming videos from pc to mobile over wifi is pretty easy.
there are a lot of apps available for free to do it. I personally use airstream and it works perfectly. just install the airstream app on your phone and the airstream companion software needs to be installed on pc. run both of them and you will figure out the rest yourself...
