Hi Guys,

How to sort some excel files in ascending or descending order? I am not able to find any option in Choose Details thing. What should I do?

You want to sort excel files in ascending or descending order based on what?

NAME? or
THE RECENT ONE?

Based on the name i.e. the numbers from ascending to descending or vice versa.

Just click on the "Name" tab, and it will be sorted automatically.

Try file commander for better use.

Files from 1002-1020 are being sorted ascending wise but 1001 and 1005 are being shown in the end. The files were not modified later on. What could be the reason for this?

I was looking for an inbuilt feature in Windows.

Remove "Type" sort option.

I tried with 1001.txt, 1002.txt, 1005.txt, 1010.txt, 1020.txt, and all are sorted in ascending order. Is this not you want?

Thanks brother. It worked. There was a spacing issue in the name in those two files.
