Sound Driver for Compaq C700 lappy

My frnd having this lappy. He installed XP but we are unable to find the sound driver and thus there is no sound. Help FAST!!!!!

Unable to find sound drivers? He didn't get the CD wid the package or what?

Hi Friends,
My problam is n/w switch is working but system not connect in lan. lan driver is installed . but replace other system is working in lan.
