I will recommend you to buy Creative Inspire T6200 5.1 Speaker costing just around Rs.5800. Creative's Inspire T6200 speaker system, with high performance dual cone driver in each satellite and a powerful subwoofer, creates dynamic audio that will blow you away with thunderous booms.
i have T6100 speaks + XtreamGamer ssound card, they sounds good. but may be you should check for the quality if the shop offers demo.
T6100 has more boom than T6200 but i am unsure which one is better quality wise. may be you should invest some money on a good sound card as well, it significantly increases quality.
