I have been trying t download dota on steam*but it completes about half it restarts what should i do?

btw if you are having problem check out the backup thread and ask someone to send it to you!
Try changing the server to India (Steam --> Settings --> Downloads --> Download Region -->India - Mumbai/Delhi/ etc)
Turn off auto-updates for that game & download game, After download complete, Turn it on ....

because when you are downloading and an update gets released, it starts over the DL...
