had purchased a Nexus 7 32GB a few days back from Flipkart (not during the GOSF). had to get the device replaced due to the presence of the infamous screen-flicker issue on the tab. the replacement also suffered from the same. however, the replacement-process was quick, and upon learning about the new tab suffering from the same issue, i was offered the full refund for the tab, although i had requested them for a 2nd replacement (which, after a day of checking with WS Retail, they expressed their inability to comply with). the refund-process was also a breeze! the amount got remitted to my account within a week. best service i have so far seen by any e-portal (haven't had the need to avail after sales service much anyway fortunately)! am very pleased! kudos!
