Suggest a good wireless headphone

Hi,

I'm in search of a good wireless headphone.
Going to use with PC and only PC (not laptop, tablet etc)

Having a mic is not necessary.

Keept suggestions within 3000/-

Buy Philips SHB5500BK Wireless Bluetooth headphone (Black) Online at Low Prices in India - Amazon.in

I see it's communication medium is bluetooth.
Would it work with PC?

I understand that.
Would a bluetooth headphone work properly for a PC?
I'm not sure how teh sound would come as PC won't have dedicated profile for Bluetooth o/p.
(I'm sounding confused as I'm really not sure how audio o/p would impact if I'm using a bluetooth dongle for audio transmission)

On my search I found this,
Amazon.in: Buy Intex IT-HP904FM Over-Ear Headphones (Black)[No Bluetooth] Online at Low Prices in India | Intex Reviews & Ratings

This device takes o/p via line out and then transmits the audio via wifi.

Now, both are totally diff. approach and I would like to know the difference.

How to Use a Bluetooth Headset With a Computer

If u r spending 3k then buy good quality headphone

As long you have a Bluetooth receiver on your PC , it will work fine.I use Photive BTH3 Bluetooth 4.0 Headphones with my laptop. I got it from the US for 40$, its way overpriced here(imported piece on Amazon.in). Audio quality will not be as good as wired mode of connection but its not noticeable unless you are an avid audiophile. But make sure to buy a good quality headphones. Cheaper ones like those from Intex will sound cheap too.

T

Bluedio Turbine 2 -- Rs 3,000

Nah, actually paid nothing.

That headset is my wife's. I had gifted her but she's not using it. So I've captured that now.
And, for the bluetooth receiver I asked her to gift me as by b'day gift.

The receiver costed her some 550/-

Few comments on Brainwavz Blu 100: -

The headset fits well in the ears.
Works best with movies as the bass and voice clarity is really good
Not much impressive when listening to songs, missed the sweet trebles
Battery is a concern. Runs for two and half episodes i.e. 42*2 + 20 = 104 minutes. Then keeps asking 'low battery'
I've another bluetooth headset LG HBS 750. This I use the whole day and keep it always on (10AM to 9PM); calls, music.

Well, would have loved if it worked at least 3+ hrs uninterrupted but does the job and forces me to take a walk every 2 hrs.

Works for me.
