ur lapps got a Intel Graphics Media Accelerator X3100 onboard chipset
dont think it can be disabled for adding another GPU

mite want to check out with ur vendor

also HP markets this lappy as a business lappy so likelyhood of addin another GPU seems remote

Generally graphics card for laptop is integrated on laptop motherboard. If it is integrated..than U can't add new graphics card..because they have limited expandablity.

but dat onboard solution of yours looks decent. just maximize the ram and ensure that its dual channel, and allot max possible ram to the gmax3100.

it will work well.
