1. Budget:- around 25000
2. Screen:- 14"
3. Usage:- Illustration softwares like CorelDraw/Photoshop and little bit of gaming
4. Battery life:- normal.. no specific demand
5. OS:- ONLY FREE LINUX/DOS.. DONT NEED PRE INSTALLED WINDOWS.. as I already purchased Windows 7 home a couple of months back

Here you go:
Flipkart.com: Asus K Series K43E-VX150D: Computer
This one has a 2nd gen i3 processor and comes without OS. All for 26k.

If you can spend a little more, to enable a little bit of gaming, look at this:
Flipkart.com: Asus X Series X53SC-SX187D: Computer
It comes with an i3-2310 and Nvidia GT520M, all for 29k.

I know you said no core-i processors, but it can be accommodated in this range.

This one is 15.6" . I wanted 14" and ordered this one as specs in flipkart showed it 14" but the product i received is of 15.6". They have now amended the specs after i pointed it out.
Now every time i ask them for replacement with another Toshiba product of almost same price, they reply that the issue has been escalated.
