Suggest a PC upgrade

Presently i am having an Intel p4 processor on the 845gl motherboard,40 gb hdd,768 mb ddram,a dvd writer..now i want to upgrade my pc to a new one.So please suggest a good motherboard,processor,hdd and a graphics card so that my pc remains upto date.my budget is rs.15000/-.

P.S - no need of a monitor,optical drive,cabinet...
