suggest changes please

guys i have configured a cpu of following config ...please suggest any changes if u feel it requires
intel e 7300 2.66 ghz
intel DG45ID motherboard
500 gb hdd
2 x 1 gb ram
cabby+smps iball

whats u r budget???
if 19k, then go for

Intel Core2 Duo E7300 2.66GHz
MSI P45 Neo - F
Seagate 500GB (32 MB Buffer)
Transcend 2 X 1GB DDR2 800MHz
CoolerMaster Elite 330 Black

But P45 does not have any graphics memory and he doesn't want to buy a graphics card.

1) that mobo comes without a graphics chipset
2) that cabinet comes without a PSU
