Suggest cheapest color mobile
Motorola C168 or Samsung's new C160, both are inbuilt with stereo FM, and color display, no nokia here, cause low-end nokia color phones have bad display, and have no RADIO

C168 has stereo fm, gprs and a larger screen compared to 1600
I purchased C168 at 2700 around 4 months ago , donno current price.
Finally got Nokia 1600 for Rs 1990
