i dont see a way to fit goodcomponents for your needs in thus budget, so exceeding it. This rig is the minimum you could buy for video editing unless there's some specific hardware requirement

FX 6300 - 7.3k
Gigabyte GA 78LMT USB3 - 4k
HyperXBlu/Fury/Corsair Vengeance 4GB - 3k
GTX 750 - 8k

the RAM will get underclocked to 1333MHz automatically ;)

you can get Corsair Value RAM 4GB ~ 2.5k if you wanna save some bucks.

which apps are you going to use for video editing?

- - - Updated - - -

i dont suggest fx 6300 with a old 760g series mobo especially the uses is video editing which will puh the cpu to ma load most times. gigabyte 970 a ds3p is the min you should get.

how is R9 270X GPU ? is it compatible with the above mother board you mentioned?

will R9 270x get bottlenecked by fx6300?

do i need to change my PSU for that GPU

or the GTX 750 will fit my needs?
thanks :)

The best offer that I got locally in nagpur for vp550 was 3.5k at least. 3. 3k is good enough. Even I ordered vp550 for 3.3k from snapdeal.

Received smps yesterday. Excellently packed. The box was hidden within bubble wraps and air bags. The product is excellent too. No tampering and all. *tapatalk.imageshack.com/v2/14/12/28/6df5bd34abac18ed49122b3225dc7815.jpg
