Hyper 212 Evo is an option but I don't know if it comes with a paste. Check with primeabgb or mdcomputers. Get the cheaper of NT-H1, Mx-4 or CM MasterGel Maker Nano if paste is needed.

i mean the motherboard is from pre built dell 270s . now i use antec nx200 cabinet. my question is does hyper 212 evo is compatible to this motherboard?

Hyper 212 evo height is 159mm so it will fit but you won't get hyper 212 evo(& especially at a reasonable price). There are many hyper 212 versions nowadays & i3 3220 doesn't even need such coolers. You can just get this but make sure your ram is regular type without heat spreaders(aka make sure it is simple green bar type).

Why spend more money especially when the extra price you are paying for the rgb won't even be usable in such old mobo?

Get these. Best budget option. I own the Antec A30 but id choose this for its RGB and lower hight anyday.
