Motherboards - M5A78L-M/USB3 - ASUS motherboard and

AMD FX 4-Core Black Edition FX-4100 (FD4100WMGUSBX) Details this processor.. . plz also suggest needed power supply :)

Nvidia or AMD :-/

well considering you have an El Cheapo PSU, you should get GTX750

Unless he has a decent PSU adding a graphic card is not a very safe deal IMO as Op has FX 4100.
