Suggest me a gud motherboard

Guys,

Plz suggest me gud motherboard under 3k for Intel PD 2.8 Ghz. My recommend config as follows:

Sud support DDR2
Must hv 16x Slot (For Graphics)
Must hv VGA Connector (Some Motherboard doesn't comes with input VGA connector now a days, I wanna use it if I don't have Graphics Card)
and blabla

Guys, wht do you say about mercury boards....usually I don't like these motherboards but my friend is recommending me.
