check S3350 and S3400. S3350 has more features when compared to S3400.
The Touch is also near 15k now.
Touch that is available for 15k is a piece of junk. Very very slow OS.

desiibond, its a beautiful piece.. but you can increase speed by flashing different ROM
And by using over-clocking tools!
And yea, The P3350 was just launched a week back at 18.4k. It dont think it ll come down so fast.

HTC S730 is not available in India but I'll suggest you HTC S710...
And if S730 is launched, it is going t be priced around 20K....
is s730 out yet??touch is a pretty decent phone but the stylus is really short or get the p3400 for 12k

if u want speed then go 4Samsung SGH-i710.it has a Intel Xscale 416MHz procy and is damn fast.retails 4 16.2k.
