AFAIK Intel DH67BL -- 5.5k and Intel DH67VR -- 4.7k, both support IDE drives.
If they dont then you probably have to look for some Asus H67 Boards.

Buddy, don't be so paranoid, you can always get an IDE to SATA converter to connect the IDE device in your SATA ports. They looks like

Price will be around 200 bucks

As you (almost) can't get motherboard with IDE port nowadays, go with any IDE to SATA converter as suggested by Cilus just before this post. I, myself is using one of my old 80GB HDD with the help of a converter without any problem.

Gigabyte and Asus H67 mobos are more pricey - starting from around ~5.5k on the other hand Intel DH67VR is only 4.1k and is more than enough for core i3 2100 and any other non K series SB cpu ;-)

You will not get any motherboard which will give you better value for money than Intel's H67 motherboards.
