Don't go for KG-200 go for KG-300.
Also have a look at LG KG-195.

LG Dynamite KG300 is good for <5K budget.

Go with Samsung E250 it is around 5k
E250 has all the good features except its VGA camera
If u are not concerned about camera then it is worth to buy it
