suggest memory settings

Dynet DNHMAU2GC8FER-A7 2gb PC2 - 6400u - 555; Max : 800 MHz.
Suggest the memory settings latency etc. for the above RAM in BIOS.

that module is of a budget/low price manufacturer.
i doubt you will get much performance out of it
