1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans:

gaming and some photo editing using photoshop, 1st priority is gaming. games like dragon age 3, Call of duty black ops2, crysis 3,BF4,NFS rivals,FIFA 14, GTA 5, and upcoming games

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans:
75000 to 77000 +-rs500

3. Planning to overclock?

Ans: not sure, may be not

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?

Ans:
win 7 , 8.1

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans: 1TB

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.

Ans: will buy Dell 2240S 21.5''

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans:
Speaker, have creative 2.1

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans:
1st week of may

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans: will assemble with the help of my friend

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans:
Kolkata, locally from Chandni Chawk, if possible suggest a good shop which charge reasonable price
11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans:
No AMD processor please, processor should be i5 3rd or 4th gen

Go fot Gigabyte B85MD3H. And instead of getting a 8 GB stick get 2x4GB.
And you will not need a 800W PSU. Get seasonic S12II 620 or Antec VP650P.
And stay away from WD green. Get the blue one.

For buying in kolkata I recommend MD Computers or Vedant. In MD computers ask for Palash. He will help you out.

Else you can change the motherboard to Gigabyte B85M D3h and graphichs card to Sapphire R9 290 tri x OC @36k in deathblade's suggestion. Opt for 4GB RAM now, add another stick later. It will be a very powerful rig for gaming.

Its Ok if there is no power cut at all but for the longevity of your components its better to have a UPS.
Only 8GB 1600Mhz RAM is enough for now and you can add later on after 1 year or so_Ok.
