Assuming you got a decent 19-20 or 21 inch Monitor.

Component | Make | Price Processor |Intel Core i3-2120 |6800
Motherboard |ASUS P8H61-M LX |3000
RAM | Corsair Value DDR3 4GB 1333 |1100
Optical Drive |LG 24X DVD/CD R/W |1000
Graphic Card |Sapphire HD 7850 Dual X|16000
PSU |Seasonic S12 II 520|3600
Case |CM Elite 311 |1800
| Total |33300

3300 more than your budget, but its a complete Gaming Package. If budget constraints then opt for MSI 560ti TFII @ 14k or Sapphire HD 6870 @ 12k.
