Please suggest good tablet for 15k. Hz 7 inch Touch Sreen Android 1.9 Tablet PC ?

Forget about it. there are no good tablets for 15k. if you want one, get samsung galaxy tab atleast but it costs around 25k.

Then you wont be able to get a tablet .

Get a android instead or extend the budget !
