Check the Mi-410 - This is a high end android phone and available for a great price of Rs.13,999 at Spice Mi-410

It's an Android Froyo phone which comes with 4.1 inch capacitive touchscreen, 3G (HSDPA, 14.4 Mbps), Wi-Fi connectivity, 5MP camera, secondary VGA camera for video calling and CMOS sensor for capturing better pictures. Other features include 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, A-GPS with digital compass, support for social networking.

Hope you like the phone. Apart from this, there are many phones <10K, but no one can match the specifications of the Mi-410.
