Hi everyone,
I'm planning to buy a projector primarily for watching action movies at home. My budget is around ₹75,000, and I’m looking for the best possible picture clarity and sound quality in this price range.

A few key points:
  • Mainly for movie nights, especially high-paced action content
  • Good picture clarity in semi-lit or dark rooms
  • Inbuilt or decent audio output preferred
  • Open to both smart and non-smart projectors

Would love to hear your recommendations – especially any hidden gems or great value-for-money models!

Thanks in advance!

No idea about projectors, more like I am against projectors because of the worse picture quality.

I am sorry centinal :( even I am not familiar with the projectors. You can check hifivision forum or indian subreddits for user recommendations as recommended above.
Generally, speaking, its a big expense(>2L) if you want good movie watching experience same as TV. You also may need a screen, since projecting on wall might not give the best results. Research more about it before finalizing on the projector.

And don't forget to update this thread with your purchase. All the best!
