Hello friend My Old Liteon DVD Writer Has Almost Died !! After 2 Year FaithFul Service ....!! Now I need to buy A new dvd writer which one you suggest ?
I find in reviews that Sony Optiarc AD-7240S is one the best drives in the market !!
But i am still confused ... I lost past 3 months back digit issue which covers DVD/HD reviews ...

Don't go by the Digit DVD writer reviews. They don't know how to test DVD writers.
Get a LG SATA DVD writer for Rs. 1050.

Performance wise & ruggedness wise SONY is the best.

 It has longer LENS life compared to any other DVD R/RW.

I would only suggest SONY.
