Men and sunscreen = gey :p

But if you are closer to equator and have fair skin that tans, you need to use at least 30spf.
I tried it once but I never liked the oiliness that follows.
My diagnosis, wear a cap and bandana with sun glasses

Lol.Its not the face..Hands turned dark except on the skin where I wear watch.
I think sunscreen is more of a protective measure.

Mix Besan (gram flour) + pinch of turmeric + lemon juice + yogurt and apply it for 20 mins and wash it off.Do this for 1-2 months you will see great results. It will remove the tan from your skin :)

Use sunscreen lotion when you go outside.i would recommend you to get Lotus herbals Safe Sun UV Gel.

I used lemon on the skin and later scrubbed it off.It was not a quick remedy ,so I bought cream with kojic acid suggested by skin specialist.Using for four days and I see some slight change. This cream stops production of melanin. This has less side effects compared to earlier medicines.
