System Confuguration- Startup program

In system configuration(start-up tab) , there are lot of program unchecked my me , which is not required at the windows start-up . but I want to permanently remove these start-up box . is it possible . any idea or suggestion to remove these options permanently ???

Use CCleaner > Start up > Delete (after selecting the required ones)

To do it manually, check each item's registry key under the 'Locations' field and delete it. Obviously this task is redundant and lengthy.

why do you want to do it ?? :-?

CCleaner is the software. Then go to tools (left side pane) > Start up > Delete the entries you want to.
