System Unbootable : No Display, No Post!

Everything was fine and all of a sudden my system does not boot. There is no POST beep and nor display(Monitor goes in standby mode).
Opening the cabinet revealed, all the fans spinning. I have a doubt, the CPU fan is spinning at a slower speed.
In troubleshooting, I did the following;

1) Clean the CPU/Heatsink and reseated it.

2) Unplugged all the cables from motherboard and cleaned the motherboard thoroughly.

3) Cleaned the RAM modules and tried in different slots with each module.

4) Tried onboard graphic instead of graphic card.

My system is; AMD Phenom II X4 955 B.E, Stock Heatsink, Corsair VX450W PSU.

Time to get motherboard inspected by company.

Thank you sling-shot. Got the motherboard checked and indeed it is at fault. Repairing is not an option and I am going for a new one.

Any recommendations on a good motherboard for Phenom II X4 955 B.E would be welcome. My budget would be around Rs.6-7K.

I am sorry. I am not knowledgeable enough/(not current) to suggest you a proper motherboard. Please create a new thread in hardware request area.
