Task Manager!! WINXP

I have accidently hidden the upper tab of the task manager(XP)...now i can only see the processes window and have no access to CPU usage/applications etc. I cant even see the 'X' close and minimize button on the taskmanager.
How do i fix this??

just double click on the border ( outside the list of processes )
