Please suggest me a software which can monitor temperature of different components. Like CPU / HDD / GPU ......

speedfan .. google for it.. or CPUz, it also tells you the details .. if you want more .. everest ultimate edition

If uve asus mobo, then PC probe is best
And for geting HD health status get HDDlife pro.
And for GPU, u can use the ntune itself for nvidia cards nd for ATI use riva tuner or ATI CC itself.

1) Motherboard monitor
2) Everest Ultimate edition
