I ordered a Tshirt for a friend's birthday from Hangoutstore.in, on 21st of september.. They delayed the shipping by 4.5 days, during which I asked for the cancellation since, I realised it wont get delivered within a week.. Despite receiving and replying to my cancellation request, they did not cancel my order and went ahead and shipped it super late.. Today I recieved the package and upon asking them for a return request, I have yet to recieve any instructions regarding where to ship and who handles the shipping..
They are highly unprofessional when replying via emails, it seems their cc is handled by a single person, probably a college graduate or something..
I just want to get this over with, as I dont have any use of this Tshirt
