The DNS server isn’t responding Internet stops after few hours
Internet explorer , firefox , chorme from all i cant access internet
even cant ping google
but if i put proxy in browser i can access net why it is so
i tried this also
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /registerdns
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
but it not works , only works is to restart laptop, why it is so
tell me

mtnl broadband and mtnl ffth
it is working on mobile all time and working after i restart laptop so no problem with ISP at all

Seems like OS corruption or virus/malware issue. Scan your pc with kaspersky free/avira free after updating to latest virus definitions & also run malwarebytes Anti-malware manual scan.

MINE is updated to latest definations and i have AVG antivirus . malwarebytes i will try it

yes i tried but same results i gave to restart laptop to work on internet again

just scan mine computer with bot removal tool and it detected more than 2600 infected files how it is possible yes 2600

quick heal free bot removal tool it did not removed all files . ofcourse if it removed 2600 files it will be problem mtnl suggest using this quick heal bot tool

i was getting this email many times but i ignored it

It is observed that your device connected with MTNL Mumbai broadband network with broadband number is infected with Malware.


Microsoft Windows Malicious software tool detected zero
Malwarebytes detected 141 (including PUP.Optional) from that i cleaned 35
Quick heal detected more than 2600

Quickheal is not good(it mainly relies on being Indian & use ads for its publicity but outside India hardly anybody knows about it). Use avira free or kaspersky free,both are much better than any quickheal version.

ok i will use it
what about Malwarebytes it detected 131 including adware and i removed all files it detected will tell if i agaan get this The DNS server isn’t responding

Malwarebytes free version is good for manual scan once a week.It focuses on adware/malware not targeted by regular antivirus so it adds an extra layer of security.
