Have you completed the "notice-board" missions in the game (Prisoner of Azkaban)? There is a notice board in the Gryffindor common room. It gives you some items to find. After you find the item, return it to the notice-board to get house points. I think there are 8-9 such missions.
what!!! stuck in harry potter , my 11 yr old cousin completed the game in mere 2 days and didn't ask me for help.
