The whole RMA procedure was finished in 7 days. You have to ship it to Kolkata. The RMA guy Rachat was very helpful via e-mail and also called to confirm the address for replacement shipping.
I was worried because the 5 years warranty period was close (July 2018). But there was no hiccup. Only delay was caused by courier.
Got a new version of the same PSU with cable ties. Old one didn't have that.
