thats easy...first copy your data to a pc.then insert the 16 gb card in your phone and copy the data back.

^^ exactly. unless the 2GB card is partitioned (which is not possible on stock rom), simply copy paste it.

OK, won't I lose the installed apps ?

use app backup and restore to backup installed apps..or if you are rooted then use gemini app manager.

OK, I will do that.

But what about contacts, sms, etc ? Which software can I use to do this backup ?

you will lose your sms...but you can move contacts to sim. or what you can do is import contacts to sd car and thus create a backup.send that backup to another phone via bluetooth.change your sd card.then send that backed up file back to youR CARD.restore contacts from sd card.
