Although I use my company's Microsoft OneDrive account to transfer my files but I have this one file of 20GB+ which is a Microsoft Outlook personal data file for which OneDrive says per file limit is only 4GB and so it would not upload it. Is there a workaround on how do I get this file transferred from my org LAN to my hard drive? Pen drives don't work in our systems.

If you have it in a PC, use a software like 7zip to split it into multiple small archives (<4GB in size).
