I have a Tech-Com SSD TV 817 USB TV Tuner. Its software Honestech TVR worked with Windows 7 but on Windows 10 gives white screen on video window, any alternate softwares?

If still unresolved by now, try Honestech tvr with following settings and check again. Also check other options too. These are the settings that work for me the best on Win10. I don't have techcom but some other USB AV capture.
Try Bandicam Screen Recording Software: capture anything on your PC screen - Bandicam and see if it detects your USB capture card as some sort of Webcam device and allows you to properly view and optionally record content. Trial version has first 10 mins limitation upon every run but sufficient to test it out.
