Is it possible to view Unicode text in Windows 98. I know i works fine in win 2000/ XP

AFAIK, unicode should be available in your browser for you to read it.
so if you've upgraded your IE in win98, or using latest Firefox or Opera (etc), you will be able to read it. Whtever OS it is !
