I'm having Sony Ericsson K310i. How can I update the firmware by using datacable? Can u plz help me??

Dude i have nokia 6820 i wanna upgrade my firmware, where do i find it, i already posted this problem in nokia forums, and got no response from them..... can u help me out:(
