Upgradation Budget dependent on sale

*4gb ram (2x1gb stix kingston, 2x1gb stix transcend)
*samsung 22" full hd tft
*seagate 1.5 tb + 250gb + 500gb sata (2096 gb actual)
*2 x lg sata dvdram rw
*ati radeon saphire 5770 1gb gddr5
*ms keyboard n razer death adder
*coolermaster 500w silent power
*coolermaster 690 II Advanced
*coolermaster hyper tx3 cpu cooler
*1 extra CM 140 mm LED fan + 5 extra CM 120 mm fans (2 LED) + 1 extra 80 mm fan.
*xbox game controller
*apc 650va ups
*hp all-in-one f2235
*altec lansing atp 3 speakers
*sennheiser gaming hd 201 headphones

Dont mid the other stuff, i want to sell off RAM, Processor and motherboard. plus i have another dg35ec mobo and 8k saved up. Now suggest me the upgrade options i have. Intel will be appreciated though i wouldnt mind going with AMD.

i have 8k saved up plus the amount i will get after selling off the mobo, proccy and RAMs. I have two mobos with me, dg35ec and dg43gt.
