1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans:Graphics oriented Apps and Mid-end games like Diablo 3 and some games like Resident Evil, old games

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans:My budget is around Rs.9000/- for Procc,Mobo and RAM.Actually my budget is around 13k-14k.But i want a budget tablet with the rest.If I've to increase my budget, I'll try.

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans:I don't know how to overclock!

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans:Windows 7

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans:I don't want to upgrade my HDD. I think a 500GB portable HDD is a best one.I want to buy it in 4k with USB 3.0

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans:View sonic 17" CRT and Toshiba Regza 24" HD LCD TV. So, need a HDMI port in the Motherboard.

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans:Processor: AMD Athlon 64 X2 3600+
Motherboard: Asus M2N-MX
RAM: Transcend 512 MB DDR2 667 DIMM
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 7200.9 80GB
DVD Drive:LG GSA-H24N with E-IDE/ATAPI interface
Power supply: ZEB 400W PLUS(20+4 pin)
Case: ZEB 247B (AROMA)
UPS: Frontech JIL-Power 600VA JIL-2507
Speakers: Altec Lancing 2.0 speakers

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans:As Fast As Possible

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans:I'll do it.

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans:I am near to Chennai and Hyderabad.Going to by Online

11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans: I've bought this system 5 years back but last year my mobo has gone. Now i want to upgrade the Proc,Mobo,RAM in a Low budget.Because i am going to build a high-end system with in a year.

I want to play games in a decent resolution with a decent frame rate. Also i am not going to install a discrete Graphics card.I want to relay on the Onboard graphics or Integrated graphics.

Processor : I selected the Llano Procs for low budget better graphics. But i can't decide which one of the following is a better choice.
A4 X2 3400 2.7 Ghz and A6 X3 3500 2.1Ghz
A4's Speed exceeds the turbo speed of A6. But A6 has a 3MB L2 cache.
Also even A6 has the HD 6530 its speed is 443 Mhz only. The A4's HD 6410 has 600 Mhz speed. So plz Choose the best one for me.
motherboard: HDMI and USB 3.0
DVD writer: I have the E-IDE/ATAPI interfaced DVD w.But Now-a-days Mobos are coming with SATA ports. Ihave to buy another DVD w with SATA connector?

Can u plz suggest a good wireless keyboard and mouse combo in low price?
Sorry for my Lengthy Post

Thanks for your replies. I will use this system around 1 to 1 1/2 years only. So i don't want future upgradability. So i want the system to be less cost. Also, I must use discrete GPU? I am thinking that the internal GPU will Suffice for mid Range Gaming(not the latest titles).

No discrete GPU is necessary if you use you 17" monitor,my suggestion is buy your 3650 system use it for some days without GPU if not satisfied with IGP then opt for GPU.

for more GPU power you can always consider crossfireing a amd 66xx class graphics card with A6 3650 GPU.
Which is not possible if you go intel way.

2x will make it a 2 channel setup, means total bandwidth will be doubled, means ram will be able to give upto 12800x2=25600MB/s bandwidth, and apu are benefited by more ram bandwidth
while 1x4GB will be single channel only

any lower priced one?:-?

If you need USB 3.0 you have to sell out this much but this is a very good motherboard with good no. of ports that will help you in future upgrade.

A6 3650 is much better than A6 3500.

For wireless keyboard and mouse get microsoft wirless desktop 800 for 1,100.

Also i have to change my DVD Writer Also (IDE/ATAPI)?

Yes, they will be compatible.Get SATA DVD writer from HP for 900 bucks.

:+1: for both
sata 1,2,3 are compatible with each other
also buy a new dvd writer.

do not buy a ide to sata converter as they are very bad
i have a ide to sata converter (for Rs 100) and whenever i try to burn a cd/dvd it show an error in middle of process, and it will not be able to read many dvd/cd's (scratched) and it will corrupt your dvd's (if a hang occur during reading, i know that dvd are read only but it still does)
