1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans:
i'll using it for surfing net, autocad, photoshop, watching movies in FHD, HD, Music, games NFS, Farcry2(won't play too much though, occasionally )

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans: 28k-30k (may extend 1 or 2k )

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans: No. and i have no idea about it, and why to do it.!!

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans: Windows 7, Ubuntu and Win XP(may be)

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans: I already have Seagate 1TB HDD may reuse if budget doesn't allow to get new one.

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans: NO. May Think if Budget Allows.

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans: my old KB, Mouse, ODD, Speakers, Monitor

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans: 2-3 weeks

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans: I'll Do it myself

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans: I Live In KOTA(Rajasthan) i am open to but from online(preferably Flipkart) as well as local market. where ever available.

11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans: I also want graphics card may be 1 GB.

FX 6300 based solution is best for you,
i3 is under powered
i5 & FX 8XXX is out of budget(consudering a balanced rig)
For graphic card try to grab zotac 650 ti boost, 7790 will work too. :)

Option 1. Fx6300 (CPU- 7.5k) + GA-970A-DS3 (MB - 5.5k ) + Sapphire HD 7790 1GB (GPU - 10k) = 23k
Option 2. Intel i3-3220 (CPU+GPU - 7k) + B75MD3H (MB - 4k) = 11K

No doubt option-1 has more horse power, but is the extra money approx 12k (more than 100%) for option-1 against option-2 is worth the hard earning money ?

Depends upon your usage. If you wanna reduce price, just get a cheaper Graphics card like HD 6670 DDR3 (around 4.2K) which will be far more powerful than the HD 4000 IGP of Intel Processor and will bring down the cost too. But if you want a good game playing experience, then you have to invest in a good GPU, both in case of Intel or AMD.

Ok, agreed if graphics/GPU has more priority then, will the option-3 is it better than previous options with less price than option-1 ?

Option 3. Intel i3-3220 (CPU+GPU - 7k) + B75MD3H (MB - 4k) + Sapphire HD 7790 1GB (GPU - 10k) = 21k

The other way: If graphics/GPU is least priority then, which one is the best option ?

I like corsair cabinets which one is better. 200R or 300R, on mdcomputers.in they have only about Rs. 150/- difference please check. Currently i'm using a locally purchased cabinet trust me it some times create humming sound, enough to irritate u, specially at night.

AMD has already announced their 2014-15 processor road map. And its very likely that AMD will stop Fx series processors as well as AM3+ socket. So after 2013, an investment into Fx + AM3+ will have no value.

same with intel bro...
Broadwell wont work on LGA1150, so still FX is more futureproof.
So nothing is fully FUTUREPROOF
In this budget OP can not get haswell i5 at all so why you are confusing him with FX's future and bla bla.

FX-6300 @ 7.5K
Asus M5A97 LE R2.0 @ 5.5K
HD 5450 1GB DDR3 @ 1.8K

Total: 14.8K. Now when the Steam Roller based Processors will show up, you can directly update your CPu without changing the Motherboard.
