i dont have a choice,android is only available in this budget

3G if possible but not a priority,wifi is main priority

will be used at my business,only to communicate(whatsapp,recieve and send pics,calls,texts)

none,open to any decent suggestions

it will be used for basic functions but wifi is a must
needs to be a good brand,i know budget is too less but no point spending more when itll be used by employees who will rough use etc,shouldnt conk off due to manufacturing defects etc
