I have two wireless modem routers at my house. Can I use the extra one as a signal amplifier for the other?

Yes, you can use it as repeater. You just need to set it up.

You can' amplify the signal, but you can use another router as a repeater to maintain the signal strength to its best.

you can enable one router to act a wireless bridge. but check if your router supports the same.

AFAIK, every router supports bridge mode.

How to set it up? The routers are D-Link DSL-2750U and Teracom Type II ADSL 2+ CPE/IAD.
I am pretty sure both support wireless bridge.

I think this is the one which comes with BSNL. Your d-link router will support bridge connection, but about this one, the teracom model, I've no idea as I never used bsnl broadband.

Use both in bridge modem, and enter the details of ISP in the router. If the router has a quick setup software, use it, it will do everything automated.
