Are there cheap aftermarket VGA coolers available for HD 4670 DDR3 versions ? The stock fan is very noisy.. how can i replace it ? can it be serviced ?

Check This Arctic Cooling Accelero L2 Pro VGA Cooler - Quiet Cooling Solution for Mainstream Graphic Cards

You can also service fan easily but u should know what u r doing.
But basically noise comes from air forcing into hs and not from fan, so clean fan blades and hs.
Hs size also dictates fan rpm.

Not sure if this is compatible with 4670 , its on Dealextreme . According to the reviews its super silent. make sure to read the reviews and other coolers on dealextreme.

4670 is in supported gpu list in first link. Not sure about ddr3. Stay away from cheap chinese fans for gpu, other cheap case fans are ok from DX (personal experience of DX.)
