I am looking for Video mixing hardware & software for commercial purpose, need suggestion for the same with approx. prices and also PC configuration to suit the above.

Budget? If cost is no constraint, go for a AMD64 based system. Post ur budget and I'll make up a config for u. But might I warn u, I'm totally biased againsts Intel!
